Read-only permission can create/edit/delete Data Sets

      • Login as admin
      • Go to "Settings" -> "Roles"
      • Select "analyst" role
      • Make all permissions "Read" only. No exception. (See read-only-analyst.png)
      • Save
      • Login as analyst
      • Go to "Settings" -> "Data Sets"
      • Create a Data Set via "New Data Set"

      After you configure 'analyst' role fully "read-only" (See attached read-only-analyst.png), the analyst still can create/edit/delete Data Sets. (See attached dataset.png)
