Support the use of database connection URL for EJB timers

    Description

      RHPAM templates allow databases to be configured through host, port and database name and driver, as well as a connection URL to further support other types of databases and configurations. However, EJB timer database configuration currently only uses the former approach for MySQL and Postgres. As a result, anyone using a connection URL for these two will have to separately also provide the database host, port and name.

      This can apparently be fixed by simply checking for the existence of a URL before looking at the database type.
