The Service Catalog has by default a "Binding" step in the wizard that is enabled by default in any template unless specified otherwise.
This step allows the user the possibility to create a secret at the time of provisioning or after provisioning.

The RHPAM templates do not require such option as are not meant to expose parameters to other applications.

That would avoid possible confusions while using the templates and simplify the wizard.
