[Templates] RH-SSO required in KIEServer if BC has it

When deploying RHPAM from a template that has Business Central or Business Central Monitoring that uses RH-SSO it is not possible to manage the KIE servers from the UI even though the credentials are the same.

The following error is shown in the UI
"Process Definitions could not be loaded. Check if the jBPM Capabilities are enabled and if the remote server is correctly set up."

When manually adding the SSO_* environment variables (using the same RH-SSO instance and Realm) to the KIE Server deployment configs then it can be properly managed.
