[swarm] business-central becomes unresponsive when working with project settings - dependencies/artifact repository

With RHPAM 7.0.0 CR1 we've started to see deterministic test failures with swarm business-central in several UI tests, which are working with Artifact repository UI / Project settings > dependencies.

I still need to investigate this to find exact steps to reproduce, but the behaviour is like this: at some point CPU starts working at 100%, and the workbench becomes unresponsive. This worked fine in ER5 and is regression introduced in CR1. I'll add more info as soon as I find the root cause of this.
