Ansible Playbook Bundle implementation for RHPAM

Implement an Ansible Playbook Bundle that deploys RHPAM on OpenShift.

The APB should:

• Generate Keystore if the provided secret name does not exist
• Check for missing dependencies and incorrect configuration
• Provide the same functionality and configuration capabilities as the existing templates
• Plans
  • Evaluation
  • Authoring
  • Immutable Kie Server
  • Immutable Monitor
  • Managed Environment

The RHPAM APB container image will be available on the Red Hat Registry to be able to be discovered by the Automation Broker
