Initiative Overview (mandatory - Complete while in New status)
An elevator pitch (value statement) that describes the Initiative in a clear, concise way. ie: Executive Summary of the user goal or problem that is being solved, why does this matter to the user? The “What & Why”...
Understand where time is spent in uni jobs to assist in prioritizing the right places to make improvements.  The scope of timing should be at the stage level:  i.e. openshift deployment, openstack deployment, tempest tests, other tests, reporting.

A reasonable set of tests should be considered, maybe a week's worth.  Please disregard tests with known issues that did not complete a full run.  A failing test that ran all steps is ok to include.

Provide high-level goal statement, providing user context and expected user outcome(s) for this Initiative

• Who benefits from this Initiative, and how?
• What is the difference between today’s current state and a world with this Initiative?
• Provide data to the TSC and Product RA to determine the best places to work
• Understand the long poles in the tent

Done - Acceptance Criteria (mandatory - Complete while in Refinement status):
Acceptance Criteria articulates and defines the value proposition - what is required to meet the goal and intent of this Initiative. The Acceptance Criteria provides a detailed definition of scope and the expected outcomes - from a users point of view

• All unijobs have been examined, average times over a reasonably sampling have been measured
• A confluence page is posted with the results

Out of Scope __(Initial completion while in Refinement status):
High-level list of items or persona’s that are out of scope.

• any job changes
• any improvements
• determining "why" steps take the time they take
• lower level timing numbers (if immediately available that's fine, but don't go crazy trying to get lower level numbers)
