As the SKMO deployment model is new, and has only be functionally tested, it would be wise to do some performance testing with a central keystone site, and multiple remote remote RHOSO deployment using this central keystone.

As a customer, I can deploy SKMO models with known requirements regarding the number of users, projects, and WAN requirements between sites (bandwidth, latency, packet loss...) and know my deployment fits within tested and supported boundaries.

We have metrics for SKMO deployments, and can define a supported scope regarding an SKMO deployment.
