To support the Unified Observability next-generation initiative, statistics and events need to be exposed for SRIOV setups to OpenShift Observability, which is based on prometheus for data collection, so this be also done as part of openstack-network-exporter.

The focus of this Epic is to implement a  Prometheus exporter for SRIOV and integrate it with RHOSO. Metrics collection for each of the individual metrics categories and metrics identification are defined in separate epics.

From Operator side we have https://github.com/openshift/sriov-network-metrics-exporter , As part of this Ticket we have to explore any SRIOV metrics we have to collect/expose from the dataplane nodes
