An elevator pitch (value statement) that describes the Initiative in a clear, concise way. ie: Executive Summary of the user goal or problem that is being solved, why does this matter to the user? The “What & Why”...
Based on the ProdChain Survey Readouts documment we need to check a way of pre-prepare a infrastructure to minimize the setup steps, similar to env pre-validation, potentially pre-provition.

Might be also important to check if somehow we can use https://issues.redhat.com/browse/RHOSSTRAT-778 to just simply use the previously created cluster.

• Who benefits from this Initiative, and how?
• What is the difference between today’s current state and a world with this Initiative?

This would help any DFG to have a proper environment already created with the reduciton of the test time requirement.
