This Epic will track work to enable applicable OVS/OVN metrics collection for ovn-controller and ovs vswitchd running on the OCP nodes (OVN Gateway service). This Epic will reuse the same exporter that will be deployed on Dataplane nodes. The deployment strategy will be slightly different because OCP nodes run pods, not containers. The type of metrics may also differ due to the nature of OVN Gateway nodes (they are not running VMs, but routers).

Acceptance criteria:

1) Provide prometheus export of all the metrics of ovn-controller and ovs-vswitchd running on OCP worker node mentioned in [1]

1) Document all the supported/exported metrics 
2) Add metrics validations in CI and all metrics check should pass
