Goal:

• After shipping the Network Observability code we want to make sure that we extend the testing matrix to support full OpenStack deployments in the validation scenarios.

Acceptance Criteria:

• Automated downstream tests for the openstack-network-exporter will be done on a full downstream RHOSO deployment.
• Sanity check test to ensure that the metrics exported through the prometheus exporter show up correctly in the prometheus UI
• Subsequently, a well-defined hand-off to obervability team for further dashboard testing and validation in the Open Telemetry Framework
