Goal

This is work in the barbican-operator to bring it up to date with the current operator standards that we are now using.

The way upstream is doing things has changed from the inception of the barbican operator, especially in terms of service configuration, and the operator needs to be updated to adhere to those standards.

Success Criteria

• File templating is on par with current best practices
• Changes do pass CI
• No documentation required
