Initiative Overview 

Define the Cinder V3 replication design to respond to DR partner requests for significant changes to enable much more targeted use of cinder replication in DR solutions needed to compete for Enterprise VMware customers.

This will take significant enough capacity that we want to capture it as an initiative first before moving to the potential RFE and upstream Spec(s).

Goals

1. Gather requirements from DR and storage partners 
2. Determine initial scope and feasibility 
3. Potential POCs may be needed
4. Enable creation of RHOSO RFE
5. Enable creation and collaboration for upstream specs

Done - Acceptance Criteria

• Satisfy the goals and generate at least the RFE

Out of Scope

• No code/tests/docs upstream or downstream planned for this kick off initiative
