Feature Overview 

Watcher does not have any stablished process for renaming/modifying strategy parameters. For example, the zone migration strategy has parameters named 'src_pool' and 'dst_pool' that can be confusing as to what they refer exactly, and should be named more precisely.

Goals
Provide a process to rename parameters in a backwards compatible way.

• Users will benefit from better named parameters
• Developers will know how to modify strategy parameters to implement new functionality

Done - Acceptance Criteria 

• The process is designed with an upstream spec that describes it
• The rename for zone migration parameters is implemented and merged upstream
