Feature Request Overview

Feature to create different volume type and capability to create volumes using specific volume type as they are solely dependent on CLI which is challenge from security concern

Business justification

Many customers are limiting the CLI access and only allow Tenants to interact with OpenStack through Horizon. When a common task like creating different volume types is not available through Horizon it puts an extra task on the administrator.
