RHCSv9 greatly improves EC support coverage and performance. Given the potential cost reduction it can provide we should add support for RBC EC i.e Cinder, Glance and Nova

Replicated pools should remain the default recommendation.

Reduce cluster's cost by reducing the raw storage capacity

• Support for RBC EC in cinder and glance
• Evaluate if this needs to homogeneous (all or nothing, e.g glance EC & cinder replicated)
• Ask P&S team to perform comparative tests
• Nova RBD EC may require a separate RFE since it's not covered by the same team
• Provide N,M recommandations
