      Customers who are adopting RHOSO with it's new telemetry are looking for a feature parity to Service Telemetry Framework.

      Currently there is no dashboard in RHOSO that provides a color coded status of all OpenStack APIs. Green for healthy and red for inactive.

      This RFE is to re-create such dashboard.
