As of today, OpenStackControlPlane CR is used to provision various controlplane services. At the same time, there is a huge number of manual steps left in "Deploying Red Hat OpenStack Services on OpenShift" guide and most of them are related to preparing network configuration of OpenShift cluster including:

• tuning Shift worker nodes configuration via NNCP
• provisioning Metallb entities
• provisioning pools for NADs

It will be nice, to have mentioned steps incorporated into OpenStackControlPlane CR: this will simplify initial deployment and Day 2 operations.
