`dpdk-lcore-mask` was deprecated in OSP17, and we asked the users to not use it since.

We only kept it to maintain backward compatibility, and it is time to remove it completely from our deployments.
So, as part of the removal of the exposed parameter, we shall ensure that the parameter is also removed from existing deployments during the upgrade.
