For users who are in online environments, such as a sysadmin using RHOKP on a laptop with wifi, we should have a configuration value that allows that person to disable linkwarn strikethroughs. Instead it should probably display a "new window" icon as some websites do for external links. Otherwise users could get confused after clicking on an access.redhat.com or docs.redhat.com link and not realizing they've left RHOKP since the sites look similar.
