Test Coverage is a field that displays whether we have test(s) written for every RHODS issue that requires to be tested.

      Values:

Yes - Our suite has/have testcase(s) that validate the issue

Pending - Issue requires a test case, but it is not yet present in our suites

Skip - Issue does not require a test case

None - Default value of the field. It says that the issue is untriaged.

Goal is to update the Test coverage field to either 'yes' or 'skip'.
