Users on the sandbox should be restricted to small notebooks. Currently, any changes to the available notebook sizes are reset by the RHODS operator.
Implement a solution to restrict the Jupyter notebook sizes available for the RHODS sandbox environment. These sizes should be applied automatically at RHODS install time.
