Currently the RHODS build process is very manual, painful, and time consuming. We want to work towards a goal of fully automated, builds to include:

Upstream to down stream changes

Nightly builds

Quick fix turnaround (is that 24 hours?)

Consistent build versions

Automation

Additional requirements

Automation must move all Jira stories/bugs in a build to "Ready for QA" once the build is handed over to QE
