Description of problem:

Playing with RHODS 1.29. 

When I setup my pipeline server: 

I'm expecting that everything will go in there, meaning, these 2 folders. 

After running a dummy pipeline via Elyra, my object storage looks like:

I created the folder called "models" manually. 

And I can see the 2 folders created by the pipeline server. 

But I'm a bit surprised that there is now an "ad hoc ...." folder at the root of the bucket. 

Remember, for this, I can only provide a bucket and its root folder. 

Already I'm forced with the names "pipelines" and "artifacts", but the extra folders are really going to pollute things. 

Not sure if a bug or by design.
