Description of problem:

In Installing OpenShift Data Science Self-managed in a disconnected environment there  are a few broken links and little enhancements to be done:

• in Chapter 2, the ADDITIONAL RESOURCES has a broken link that should point to Chapter 7 of the same doc
• in Chapter 3, the are two links that should also point to the chapters in the same document:
  • 1. Requirements for OpenShift Data Science Self-managed.
  • 5. Add administrative users for OpenShift Container Platform. See Adding administrative users for OpenShift Container Platform.
• in Chapter 6: the ADDITIONAL RESOURCES has a broken link that should point to Chapter 7 of the same doc 

  
In  Upgrading OpenShift Data Science Self-managed:

• in Chapter 2: in ADDITIONAL RESOURCES, Configuring the upgrade strategy for OpenShift Data Science should point to Chapter 3 of the same document
