Delete Data science projects with a user that doesn't have permission is not returning a message

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a Delete Data science project with userA
2. Add Edit Permission for userB
3. Login with userB
4. Delete the project

Actual results:

No message with success or failure

Expected results:

A failure message
