Description of problem:

odh-ml-pipelines-artifact-manager container image is showing grade for version 1.29 even after a force rebuild in advisory https://errata.devel.redhat.com/errata/container/115753

We have no fix so far, as the base image is the latest and showing grade A in catalog and no new image has been published yet to update to
