Description of problem:

When trying to confirm a modal in RHODS, the user cannot press the "Enter" key but must instead click the relevant button with their mouse.
This appears to affect most of the modals, but the first pass for a fix should be targeting the deletion modals.

Prerequisites (if any, like setup, operators/versions):

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a DS Project
2. Enter the DeleteModal for the DS Project
3. Type in the value needed
4. Hit enter

Actual results:

Modal is not confirmed

Expected results:

Modal should be confirmed, closed, and the project should be deleted
