Istio's gateway is hardcoded to istio-ingressgateway.

In order to parametrize this, the namespace is going to be annotated with the gateway workload for the namespace (see https://github.com/maistra/odh-project-controller/pull/17). So, odh-model-controller should read from annoations the gateway hostname to use.
