Description of problem:

This is what RHODS (1.26) looks like in OperatorHub looks like today: 

• there is no reason to mention Ceph in the text that I can think of
• the Valid Subscriptions box now lists the proper things, so that's great and should stay as-is. 
• We may want to update the "components" section, as 2 bullets seems a bit short. 
  nothing about model serving?
  nothing about Pipelines (starting with 1.27)
• Maybe we could have something specific that explains this is self-managed RHODS, and guides people who may want managed RHODS instead?
