Pipeline server creation fails to fetch a newly created data connection

Description of problem:

if user creates a data connection and after few seconds they try to create a pipeline server, the user gets stuck on the creation modal. 

Console log reports 

Uncaught Error: Selected data connection does not exist

The secrets cannot be fetched, although the dropdown succesfully retrieved the dc connection.

After multiple attempts of clicking on "Configure" button, it gets unstuck and the server gets created.

Prerequisites (if any, like setup, operators/versions):

Steps to Reproduce

1. create a DS project
2. create a data connection
3. create a pipeline server in the same project soon after data connection gets created

Actual results:

user stuck in the creation form modal - UI unable to find the data connection secret

Expected results:

Options:

• secret is found as early as it is created
• user is warned to wait few seconds until the pipeline feature retrieve the secret

Reproducibility (Always/Intermittent/Only Once):

Always when the data connection and pipeline server creation happen very close in time. It could be around 30s based on aballantyne suggestion

Add the details / create the data connection in the Pipeline Server modal.
