Description of problem:

When installing the operator from OperatorHub the Component section only includes the Notebook Controller and Dashboard components. It is missing

Steps to Reproduce

Navigate to the Install page from OperatorHub in OCP.

Actual results:

Expected results:

Install page should reflect the available components.

As of 1.26 I would expect model mesh and dspo to be included at a minimum.
