When installing RHODS in a disconnected environment, oc-mirror 4.13 or later must be used when performing the procedure to mirror the notebook images to the private registry.

In versions of oc-mirror preceding 4.13, a bug prevents users mirroring more than one notebook image of the same name. As there are two notebook image versions for most of the notebook images in RHODS, the n and n-1 versions, oc-mirror 4.13 must be used instead.

Regarding the documentation change itself, in the documentation module "Mirroring images to a private registry for a disconnected installation", the prerequisites must be updated to state that oc-mirror 4.13 or later must be used.
