Create an email template for notifications

      *We are no longer using the notification service, we are implementing our template solution based on this:*

      https://github.com/prometheus/alertmanager/tree/main/template

      We are using Prometheus' Alertmanager settings to notify by email fired alerts, the implementation could be checked in the PR:
