Description of problem:

Users usually get redirected to project details page (where the workbenches, storage etc are) after they create a DS Project from Dashboard UI.
But, while running some automated tests against RHODS v1.27 we have seen a different behavior happening intermittently: the user remains in the home page where all the projects are listed.

It doesn't impact functionalities of the dashboard, but it may sound unpredictable/unstable to users which use often the DS Project feature.

Steps to Reproduce

1. create a DS Project from UI
2. check project details page is displayed

An alternative scenario which failed multiple times in automation is the following:

1. login with user A in a browser session
2. login with user B in a browser session and create a project
3. check project details page is displayed
4. login with user C in a different browser session and create a project
5. check project details page is displayed

Actual results:

user is not redirected to DS Project details page and remains in DS Projects home page

Expected results:

user is redirected to DS Project details page
