Description of problem:

This was pointed out during the RHODS sprint 1.27 demos session. The terminology "kubeflow pipelines" and associated logos are present in the Elyra user interface. We have a legal requirement to not reference kubeflow pipelines in RHODS, so all instances of this need to be replaced with "Data Science Pipelines" or similar verbiage/logos.

Prerequisites (if any, like setup, operators/versions):

Steps to Reproduce

1. In RHODS 1.27, navigate to the notebook launcher page
2. Additionally, start a notebook using the elyra launcher option

Actual results:

"Kubeflow pipelines" exists on the launcher page as well as in the notebook interface itself.

Expected results:

We should use "Data science pipelines" instead of "kubeflow pipelines"
