We are currently using separate scripts for must-gather in ODH and RHODS. A separate repo for must-gather downstream is required, since there are limited namespaces that we collect logs from and also differences in operator deployments. 

However, we can use component specific scripts from upstream to collect logs for Inferenceservices, Notebooks etc. This issue captures changes to bring in component specific scripts downstream.
