Note this is blocked by RHODS-8326, since the issue in that Jira may be due to the way in which these images are built, and we may have to rebuild them instead of copying them.

Identify all images in KFPV2 being used within the kfpv2 deployment that are not from quay, and convert them to using quay, identify/document all of these images, so we can note the differences between v1 and v2 image usage.

If getting these images on opendatahub or some "official" repo is a lot of overhead (out of scope for the score alotted to this task) then a personal repo is sufficient for now, just give all dsp devs access to this repo.
