Tensorflow built within CPAAS is a requirement for MLMD in rhods, and it is also needed by other teams, motivation behind this effort is to synchronize with other teams and formulate a strategy on how to move forward with getting Tensorflow in RHODS.

Meet with Guillaume, Andriana, and Harshad to sync up their work with runtime vs. notebook images and how they are dealing with Tensorflow.

Acceptance criteria:

A document (or Jira comment) that outlines any work within Rhods/Redhat that has been done to bring tensorflow in to CPAAS. If no work is underway, instead present a document/comment on outlining next steps that need to be taken to accomplish this.
