Sync up upstream -> downstream repositories so that downstream is always behind upstream

      Build team has the auto merge for github between upstream -> downstream ready for trial.

      However DSP and DSPO downstream repos have diverged from their upstream repositories.

      Accordingly to rh-ee-dchouras both repos should be 'in-sync', meaning:

      in-sync means downstream should not have direct commits which are not part of upstream, I guess auto-sync feature will also not work in such case

      This will require some very risky actions, and possibly re-writing our downstream histories to bring the repositories in line. So the suggestion is this task be done in a pair.
