Docs splash page creation is not connected to Pantheon v2, and URLs in Pantheon v2 are not yet predictable (use hash IDs instead of human readable). With this in mind we need to be a bit more careful about constructing our splash page, e.g. https://access.redhat.com/pilot-documentation/red_hat_enterprise_linux/8

rhn-ecs-lbailey will work on this initially to create an outline and determine the URLs needed by importing docs into Pv2 and getting the right module hashes. (WIP: https://docs.google.com/document/d/1iFaTvp9u1cb-dHudO0Ashau0b60-DOVQvJtg-XvpVgc/edit?usp=sharing)

This will then transfer to ansriram for implementation and publication.
