WHAT

Red Hat is decommissioning the OpenShift Streams for Apache Kafka cloud service.

As a result, the following RHODS guides can no longer be in publication:

• https://access.redhat.com/documentation/en-us/red_hat_openshift_data_science_self-managed/1-latest/html/integrating_data_from_openshift_streams_for_apache_kafka/index (self-managed)

• https://access.redhat.com/documentation/en-us/red_hat_openshift_data_science/1/html/integrating_data_from_openshift_streams_for_apache_kafka/index (managed)

HOW

This task is to track the following work:

1. Removing the guides from the RHODS documentation splash pages.

• For self-managed RHODS, this should happen for the current release, the previous 4 releases, and 1-latest.
• For managed RHODS, there is just a single link to remove.

2. Creating a CCSOPS request to redirect links from the removed guides to the RHODS documentation splash page.

• For self-managed RHODS, all versions of the guide from 1.20 onwards (and also 1-latest) should be redirected to the documentation splash page for 1-latest.
• For managed RHODS there is just a single version of the guide to redirect.

WHEN

This work needs to be completed by May 11 at the latest.
