Description of problem:

with 1.26, openvino build is removed from CPaaS and added as a static image referred by the deployer

add a new image in https://access.redhat.com/documentation/en-us/red_hat_openshift_data_science_self-managed/1.25/html-single/installing_openshift_data_science_self-managed_in_a_disconnected_environment/index#mirroring-images-to-a-private-registry-for-a-disconnected-installation_install

add  new image in additionalImages section
