One of the action items from https://issues.redhat.com/browse/RHODS-677 is that RHODS managed service should support the ability to send application logs to a centralized logging service such as Splunk for archiving.

In order to support centralized logging, we need to check with MT-SRE and ProdSec to see what is expected of managed services to see what services are already in place for exporting of application logs in the event that a historical review is needed.

Concerns:

• Which RHODS applications need to support centralized logging
• What information should be excluded/scrubbed when logging
• Lifecycle of the centralized logs
