Engage with upstream to figure where we can help contribute to bring tekton driver into kubeflow pipelines upstream

This should result in one of the following:

• A meeting where we can discuss how the team can contribute, what tasks we can take on, etc.

• Or a slack/discussion thread that accomplishes the same as above

Acceptance criteria:

• A doc, or list of issues, that gives the team direction on where to help contribute to upstream
