      The manifests should go in the data-science-pipelines repo and not DSPO. Should go in a separate branch. The manifests should be created in such a way that they can be easily converted to DSPO templates.

      Account for changes in V1 that were made by the team, ensure that they are applied to V2 (where applicable).
