Authorize service account is not necessary anymore when log in the dashboard

      Description of problem:

      Docs report:

      1. Enter your credentials and click Log in (or equivalent for your identity provider).

      If you have not previously authorized the rhods-dashboard service account to access your account, the Authorize Access page appears prompting you to provide authorization. Inspect the permissions selected by default, and click the Allow selected permissions button.

      However the Authorize Access page is not displayed anymore when logging in RHODS dashboard. It keeps appearing while logging in Jupyter notebooks/workbenches

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. log in RHODS dashboard
      2. check Authorize Access

      Actual results:

      docs report that the Authorize Access page appears

      Expected results:

      docs do not mention Authorize Access page while explaining RHODS login
