Missing storageClassName field in OdhDashboardConfig

      Description of problem:

      As per https://issues.redhat.com/browse/RHODS-7984 we've missed an attribute in `OdhDashboardConfig` for odh-manifest, overriding the on in odh-deployer and deleting it from RHODS.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Create a deployment of RHODS
      2. Check that `storageClassName` is missing from `OdhDashboardConfig`

      Reproducibility (Always/Intermittent/Only Once):
