Description of problem:

When deploying a model within projects, the Ui has a field for 'Model framework'. The options in this field are not intuitive. The OOTB option names should be modified. 

Prerequisites (if any, like setup, operators/versions):

Steps to Reproduce

1. Set up DS project.
2. Set up model server.
3. Click button for 'deploy model'
4. In 'model framework' field, select options. 

Actual results:

Options are:

"openvino_ir - opset1" - not sure what this is, but not intuitive

"onnx - 1" - should probably be capitalized "ONNX", do we need the '-1'? 

Expected results:

• "ONNX"
• Not sure about the first option - need recommendation from someone more familiar with this option.
